I would like to blackening them with some kind of chemical compound. Is there such a solution.? The mixture for brass & copper does not work on this type of metal. Or is paint the only option ? I did send an inquiry E mail to Bluejacket concerning the blackening fluid as I did not see it in there online catalog . So lets see if they still whip,it up. You just have to drill down several menu levels. Just make sure your material is clean. BJ also sells a cleaning product which I use and there are numerous homemade concoctions.
