hamletmike Posted September 15, 2016 Share #1 Posted September 15, 2016 I am trying to put eyebolts on the carriages for the guns found in the HMS Vanguard, Victory Model kit. The carriages are metal (I think pewter) and I am ruining all my small drill bits trying to drill a hole to attach the eyebolts for rigging. Does anyone have suggestions on how to do this without drilling or where to find small drill bits of a single size that can cut into metal without buying an entire kit of drill bits. hamletmike Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Building your own wooden carriages isn't really hard. I'm a beginner like you and was building the carriages myself for the first armed model I built.
