Typically you will find them sorted out by a certain thing. Planking, rigging, canons, paint, stain etc.. What I will do is use the search bar and type in something like "planking a model ship" or "rigging a model ship" and that will bring up a long list of good videos. Once you are a bit experienced you can tell the good from the bad but until then sample a bunch to see if there is any agreement between them.
