I was wanting to do a large model of the Research Vessel Atlantis for radio control.
I have a profile view and some deck plans but nothing on the hull. I cant seem to get the hang of delftship as I am so used to doing solidworks with offset tables and the such. I am using version 8.06 the free version but cant seem to come up with anything useful.

I was wondering of anyone that knows stuff about ship hulls could help me with this. the info I have on the ship is below:

I'm not sure how much searching you did, but a bit Googling and here's some info I found:

 

https://en.wikipedia...antis_(AGOR-25) (The article names the builder.. they might have lines plans available.)  The article also references 3 sister ships which you might be able to find hull lines for.

thanks I got most the info from woods hole site but never could get a response back for lines plans. I did try to use delftship with disaterous results
