Finally revenge!

Recommended Posts

I have been waiting for Chis Watton's Revenge since in was just a rumor about 3 years ago.  I finally am semi retired so I have the time for her and got together the scratch to order her. So just gotta sit on the front steps waiting for the UPS man.  I've been following the Revenge threads here at MSW to help pass the time. What I'm wondering does anyone have any resource suggestions for info about English race built galleons or the Revenge? My searches haven't turned up much.

Kurt,

I started building the Golden Hind.

In particular, it looks that the shape of the underside of the hull is important.

Look at the links on my build log of the Golden Hind.

Or, just ask.

I try to do my best to reply (But I'm not a specialist ;)  )

There will by an update of my buildlog soon .

Thanks Patrick, I have received the Revenge, but as of now I haven't had time to begin her.  I have read the several builds of her at MSW, but at the moment they're all on hold (I hope temporarily.)  I have been reading what I can find on Tudor ships, and the info you gave is much appreciated.
