That's the meaning of this Børge,

So you finished the dragon and start at the next one.

We want to see with what surprises you are coming up.

I always viewed the Dragon as a most beautiful design.  There used to be one moored at West Mersea (Essex, UK) back in the fifties when I sailed and canoed there, and it was always a great pleasure to paddle my canoe round her and admire the sleek lines.

I seem to remember that Uffa Fox included a long mention of the Dragons, with pics and scantlings, in one of his big, coffee-table type books about yacht design.  I used to borrow his books from the local library in the late forties, when I was twelve or thirteen.

Your 1:12 scale model is exquisite!  Well done!

(sigh!)

Hi Brian, and thanks for liking my model.

Hi Børge,

That a lot of snow…..

You can dig a tunnel to go out…...

And I was complaining about a little snow that we have.

Good luck with your shovel  :)

Hi Jim

Well, it havent been that much snow earlier this winther, its typical at this time of year that we get a "lot" of snow.

Back in 1997 we had 2,4 mtrs at the end of April.

We dont want that again  :)

Børge

Crikey, Børge, if that's your spring weather, I'd hate to be there in the middel of winter! :o

Hi shipmates.

A little update from the Fitting shop...

The creew reminded me of a important issue.

What if we get a leak in the hull, or need to pump out some water ?

Didnt think of that ....

Ok, i had to make them a pump then.

Then some smart engineer asked for some light when it gets dark outside on those late summer nights...

Børge :)
