What a clean, handsome build, beautifully photographed.

Looking at the build log, it makes me wonder why buy a kit when there's so much reference available. A scratch build wouldn't be much more work.

Still not convinced of the scroll work or the use of shroud dead-eyes and strapped chain-plates on these boats. A variation of colours would be welcome too. However, this build of this kit is the best so far.

Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate it.   I think the scrollwork is off as well.  I suspect the ornamentation is likely more accurate as depicted in the Passaro kits, and so far as I have been to determine there is some precedent for the depicted rigging.   Perhaps not widely used, but it is out there.
