the Lobsie Twins - the Phylly C.

this is the original Midwest kit of the Maine Lobster Boat. I put it here due to the fact that it has been bashed into another boat. basically, I ruined the subject by doing too much enhancement. rather than scuttle the build, I kept going and built it as a pleasure boat. the swim platform and windshield wipers was a suggestion given to me by Andy {Sorry my friend, but you deserve the mention}. added detail include the ski rack {which I did a year later}, brass railings, detailed helm instrumentation, and other bits of added detail.

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955.
