    Hello and thank you for your comments. I remember using only acrylic paints. I used sepia (brown) india ink to make the accents on the hull and other parts to look like wood.

    For the windows, I used gray plastic mosquito mesh. Using spray artist's glue, I glue that over some clear acetate sheets. I'm not sure these are available anymore. They were used to print stuff on them and then show it on a screen using an overhead projector. Computers do all stuff now. Hope this helps.
