Excellent work!!!  I love the detail.  That looks to be quite a large model.

Is your decorative work painted or gold-leafed?

Not. It is a dissolution of gold in alcohol.
I use three different Golden shades: red, old and rich. I give several layers to mimic the tone of the old Spanish churches altarpieces.

The model is very small to use gold leaf

Outstanding work.

I've never seen seen gunports before, that are so much larger than high.

Interesting feature.

In your ship, there's a gap between the beam underneath the beakhead bulkhead and the deck at the beak. Shouldn't it be closed up to stop overcoming water from entering the ship?

These ports are characteristic of English ships of that time. I strictly follow the Annapolis model and Mc Ardle ... Precisely this quadrangular form

As for the gap ... Give me time ... We are under construction:D

Fantastic work. That oven is incredibly well made. Unbelievable.

Just like the real deal. WOW!

Could you please tell us how you did it?

That's for sure the most life-like fitting I've ever seen.

The oven is made:
With a base of carved wood
Railway modeling brick
Painted with watercolor
Blue tin
