Sept. 22nd Model Show in Portland,Oreogn area-Wooden ship models will be there!!!

Saturday Sept. 22nd   Fall Model Show 2018  by Oregon Modelers Society. Hundreds of all types of models. There's two Wooden Ship Model Categories at this show. Go to ipms-oregon.org for show flyer and categories list and vendors.


It's being held at Camp Withycombe 15300 SE Minuteman Way,Clackamas,Oregon 97015  Hours 9AM -#PM when Awards are given out. Enryt of models for judging is Noon.


There's two wooden ship categories. There are 40 tables of Vendors alone. Held in the Oregon National Guard facility that is new. Great lighting and lots of room. Tables are 48" high for model's entered. No stupping to see models.


Our wooden ship group will have 6 models entered to start with. I will have my Mary Rose and Cheerful models entered .

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model shipcraft.

The Nautical Research Guild puts on ship modeling seminars, yearly conferences, and juried competitions.
