Hi All

Sorry I am back ha-ha.

Just dry fitted the next deck up from the quarterdeck .

Put the mizzen mast in to locate the position of the deck as you do with all the decks.

As this deck over hangs by about 23mm going on the plans number 8 I had to cut this amount off.

Next is to glue the deck on.

Denis.

Hi All

Just painted the window that supports the Poop deck.

Before I painted it I had to move the planking out as they sloped to far inwards but all is Ok now.

Now will do the liquid glass on the back.

Denis.

Hi Visi

Don't worry my dog "nosher" (nickname) but his real name is Mr T.

He is chained to the Admirals desk, but I have to say he likes a shin bone or two, he also likes a rib or two on Sundays when he can get them :o;) ;) .

Hi Nenad

Welcome but we all learn of each other.

I do admire the way you have fabricated your cabins on the CS.

G'day Denis

Your painting is outstanding!

Years of practice does show off in the "single" hair brush work on the windows and doors.

Marvellous.

Hi All

Just a photo or two.

I still have work to do on the stern and bow hull planking.

Also deck furniture to put on.

I have put some temporary masts in to see how they look, happy with them so far.

Denis.

Hi all

Sorry I have not posted for some time but I have been working on the second planking.

I have got to say it is taking a very long time and only 1/3rd done.

I thought I would give part of it a bit of a sand to see what it will look like.

Denis.

Great job Denis, it's amazing what a little sand paper can do (especially when the planks are laid correctly)   :)

Thomas took the words from me. So dito.

Really great work Denis.  Takes a long time to plank, but done well as you are doing, the results speak for themselves and make the time well worth it :)
