Thanks Bob mate.

Well continuing with the T-Gallants.

Mounted main and fore sails, just Mizzen T-Gallant to mount.

Plus three bow sails.

Then tidy up any mishaps.

Some pictures so far.

With folks to mount it will still be a while but getting there.

Cheers Bob.

Well my patience has been well and truly tested sometimes.

Having finished the T-Gallants its now onto the jib sails.

I had some frustration with the brass rings to hold fly and main jibs.

Two pictures of the progress so far.

There are still lots to do with kleats and such for the bunting lines.

The sails will hold the shape better when these are applied.

Many smaller things to do yet but the end is in site.

PS. one question.  Where the jib that goes on the stay's,(third one in) in which position is it fixed at the top.

So now its back to the fray.

The boat Davits are next.
Thanks to Daniel(Dafi) for the replacement etch hinges.

So after a clean up folded.

Next drilled out Davits and added metal lugs.

The added Dafi's eyelets etc.

Well progress has been slow with a wood ship taking over.

But coming to the end with the davits now inplace thanks to Daniels replacement of lost etch parts.

DSCF7129_zpsdownqwtz.jpg
Namely the supports for the davits.

DSCF7130_zpse0gde81i.jpg
Now made up it was to mount them.

DSCF7168_zpsbm2noyte.jpg

Also finished the rings for the jib sails.

DSCF7154_zpshd0g3qau.jpg

So its rigging the davits, placing the crew and making up the flag so its drooping.
Then fix to the base and glass case.

Not bad for over two years work.

Many thanks B.E.

Well have left this for some time and it gets buried so quickly.

Have now started again with the stern Davits, roped and one side(Starboard) will have a cutter hanging from the davit.
