i am also building the amati hms bounty scale 1/60 but i am having trouble with the roping as there is very little indication in my instruction booklet to what colour or thickness of the ropes i am beginning to think it may be a older kit. can anyone help.

i have purchased a rare model wooden kit the admiral vernon 1695 ship kit ,everything seems complete except the metal work of the figurehead and the back and side window frames can anyone help as it looks like a challenging ship to build. ( not bothered if metal work is a reproduction )

i purchased a model boat kit by a company called aristo-craft which has now vanished,has it changed names or gone bust altogether.

i also have purchased a charles morgan kit scale 1.50 with the plans missing can anyone help.i would have contacted the makers but the company has vanished it was called aristo-craft.
