  1. Hi Ted - very nice build. A tip from my old photography days - to get rid of reflections when shooting through glass use a polarizing filter, they are fairly cheap and with a great camera like you have shouldn't even cost you one f stop.  - I use one when photographing models in museums etc. Look forward to seeing your new build. Cheers Pete

  2. Hi Koppalakki

Mate your build looks great - nice detail, well executed. You seem to have weathering techniques nailed and they are consistent over the model my only reservation is maybe a little too much weathering for such a new ship ? but mate that aside I wouldn't mind it sitting on my display shelf. Well done. Cheers Pete

  3. Hi Kirby - all I can say is what a fortuitous accident - I applaud your perseverance pushing forward from a train wreck to a beautiful celebration of the different qualities of the timbers you have used. I'm always sad to see a tree cut down (especially when they feed what was a live tree with a character of its own 10 minutes before straight into a chipper) but here you've put on show a reminder of the beauty of these trees. Cheers Pete

  4. Hi RGL

As an old Plastic Tragic myself I can only say WOW - Looked at the images in large scale 1200x 900 which just confirmed that you have packed a world of detail into the model at that scale and your Painting and weathering are just spot on- Congratulations - Cheers Pete

  5. Hi Barbaros

Can't resist coming back for a look every now and then as your build is exceptional. Initially not an era I knew much about or favoured but every time I look at your fabulous build I'm becoming more and more attracted to these first juggernaut's. Lovely work - Cheers Pete
