  1. Greeting all; I'm looking for instructions and drawing for the Blue Water Navy kit (resin) of the USS Arron Ward, a Benson Class Destroyer. I have the kit from 1999 when my father, Dudley Fay of Across the Pond Ship Models sent it to me, but the instruction included are lacking. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Nathaniel B. 2. I received this very kit (yellow box and all) from a friend of my former employer. They were cleaning out her house to put it on the market and found the kit that her husband had purchased years ago. I think it is of the fifties vintage. Looking it over it is complete. I'm struggling through Scientific's USS Constitution (No. 170) very small scale, some parts issues, but good practice prior to taking on the USS Essex.
  3. This isn't really a reply to this topic, but it is related. I'm looking to add some more cannons to the weather deck of the USS Constitution (No. 170) by Scientific. The kit only comes with twelve cannons, I'd like to have the full armament on my deck. I was told be one of the members of my club that Scientific used the same cannons on all of their models. The twelve I have are well detailed and cast in white/pewter metal, .5 inches long by .25 wide. If anyone has any they wish to part with, I'd be more than happy to purchase them and pay for shipping. I need ten or all twelve, if you have an incomplete kit you'd be willing to part out. There are several kits of the USS Constitution (No. 170) for sale on eBay, but I don't want to pay for another complete kit, merely to get some additional cannons. Thank you!
  4. Al; I received the instruction sheets today in the mail. Thank you, so much for your help. Nat

  7. My first post, I hope this is in the right place. I acquired a partially completed Scientific kit of the USS Constitution no. 170 from one of our club members who passed away last year. I need a copy of the instructions. If anyone has a copy I would be willing to pay for them and the cost of mailing of course.
