    I started on the masts today. The laser cut pieces provided to go around the mast were to big so I cut a little piece out of each on e of them then glued them to the mast. I then covered these in filler left it to dry and smoothed them out. I think it will look ok once it's painted.

    Sorry the photos have came out in no particular order, not sure how to sort that!

    I started this build about 2 years ago then took a long long break. I had planned on logging my progress so I took lots of photos but never got around to writing up anything about them. I've just started back into the build today and I hope to log my progress from here on in. So here's what I've done to date.

    Thanks for the replies. Ive ordered a basic toolkit which will get me started. Im just gonna order extra tools as I need them no point ordering tools I might never need.

    Hi all I'm thinking of attempting my first model ship. I've decided on the Artesania Latina – Swift as my first model. I'm just wondering if anyone knows a toolkit I could purchase which would contain most/all of the tools I would need. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
