If you enjoy building ship models that are historically accurate as well as beautiful, then The Nautical Research Guild (NRG) is just right for you.
The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.
The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build. The Journal is available in both print and digital editions. Go to the NRG web site (www.thenrg.org) to download a complimentary digital copy of the Journal. The NRG also publishes plan sets, books and compilations of back issues of the Journal and the former Ships in Scale and Model Ship Builder magazines.

He visto vuestro foro y me gusta mucho. Espero que me ayudéis si tengo alguna duda. Saludos para todos y muchas gracias.

Hello friends, my name is José Félix and I am from the Basque Country in Spain. Many years ago I made quite a few models of the military theme, especially Tamiya. For work reasons I had to leave everything. Today with my 58 years and with a disability, for reasons of my back, I once again have all the time in the world to resume my hobbies. I have just finished the Galleon San Giovanni Battista of Latin crafts, which was given to me by a friend, who had not started it for about 15 years. Today another friend has given me the 1847 Harvey also from Latin Crafts and that he had it brand new. The truth is that I had never done naval modeling, but I am getting very fond of it. I have seen your forum and I really like it. I hope you help me if I have any questions. Greetings to all and thank you very much.
