    Update: We found it in the attic stuffed underneath a bunch of boxes.

    As the title states, I’m looking for the build instructions to Mamoli’s 1:93 scale model of the USS Constitution 54 gun United States frigate 1797. My father recently found his unfinished model, along with the box and all of the parts, but the only instructions inside were for the building jig. No amount of searching, in the house and online, yielded any results, and I don’t think he can use the 1:53 instructions in its place. Does anyone have a pdf or any images of the instructions they could share with me? I’m not ready to drop $100+ into the same kit just to get the instructions, and I’ve been encouraging him to pick up old hobbies again.

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build.
