  1. Thank you, very much. I finally got the hull done, it some odd spots but i'll get better as I go.
  2. So, because the side view of the diagram is unclear, I have to go off of the top, front and rear views to line up to vertices accordingly, correct? Now that I look at the top view, I do see the water lines, and THAT is what I line my vertices up to, right? By the way, if I'm bugging you just let me know please.
  3. unless those grid lines ARE the waterlines, but I dont see how I would match the vertices to space them like you did. I must be missing something, I do that often.
  4. ok yeah I have a bit of a problem, the hull diagram that I use doesn't have the waterlines like yours has, is there a way to estimate it? Or do I have to search for another diagram? There might not be another one, so I'm hoping there is a way to estimate it. This is what the diagram looks like, its missing the waterlines that you match the vertices to.
  5. Thank you, I'll try that when I have the time and let you know if it works or not. This is also my first blender build, so it may take me a while but im a quick learner and very comitted.
  6. By the way, thank you for actually responding, 99.5% of the time the person im trying to contact doesnt respond I think I jinxed it
  7. For this top curve (bottom figure on the picture) yours is on the lower of the two pictures
  8. I went along with all of this and got far, but there is one thing I couldn’t figure out, how would you shape the hull to match the curvature of the top view? I’ve tried a couple different things, none of which worked. Then again, I’m new to this. Literally. I’m attempting to build the hull for a NYC railroad steam tug, if that helps. I couldn’t find any great diagrams to use, so I had to improvise, still got it to correctly scale, however.
