      That was a quick response and informative. I did not know Euromodel supplied only the basics with plans, so that puts me at even footing with most Lyde builders. I am indeed determined to build this model to the best of my limited ability, my best asset being time and patience. I belong to the Canberra Model  Shipwrights Society, having moved up here from Adelaide 3 years ago. When I decided on impulse to do a search for Lyde builds and your name came up, for a moment I thought that that was a previous incarnation of my name as I am previously from Adelaide and prone to choosing crazy login names! I have struggled along using the plans from Euromodel but often find problems interpreting perspective and some detail that is vague on the plans, so will pose my questions to you re problems I have encountered if you are patience enough to walk me through them. Great to communicate. Pete

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955.
