I put it aside, and 10 years later came back, stripped it to the hull and rebuilt it. That's what got me restarted on the hobby. I must say your acceptance of the situation is better than mine was! Did i want to go to the trouble of fixing it all up and then have to replace all the hull planking. Easy decision, Nope . I didn't even bother to keep all the stuff i had added to the kit.
