@ Hennie,

Before you are forgotten it....

We are building ships, not submarines !!!!!!!!

The only builder who build that is Piet from Florida  :D  :D

And we don't play historie lessons so no sunken ships or launches !!!!!!!

Be a brave man and start all over !

I'm join you at the moment.

I'm with the first one.....

ship's boat looks great Sjors........do you have others to build?   you mentioned that you stopped using the bamboo.......did you remove all of it off the hull?

I see what looks like different woods on the hull.......is that going to be a factor if you choose to stain her?

I yam wot I yam!

@ Denis,

I have remove the bamboo till the part that the planks are shorter then below it  :D  :D  :D  :D

Not clear I think......

Ok, till the stern goes up in the sky .....

Better ? :P

But you see the difference kind of wood.

I'm not staining the hull but it is goon be painted white.

But there is also a second layer of planks......

I doesn't metter if I use all kind of wood.

And on this one that's the only launch .

For the Aggy I have to do 4 of those.

Big to small......

I'm busy with that at the moment.

So I'm closing 5 hulls at the same time !!!!!!!

@ Bug,

If you are not playing karate kid you have notice that I have another build....what's new !!!!! :D  :D

I'm happy with your attention and please ,give me comment when needed !!!!!!!

  • 3 weeks later...

A little update.

I have measure the frames to see where the gun ports has to come....

It was not that easy.

On one side I've done it 3 times before I was happy.

And fingers crossed that they are on the right place.

The only thing to find out is to open the gates with a drill, knife and file......
