Nice build, If you changed the name earlier I would find it before I finished mine. There are a lot of things in your log I couldn't find and I had to improvise.

I will follow your build.

My log you can find here https://www.modelbouwforum.nl/threads/bouwverslag-spansk-galeon-billing-boats-463.268136/

Good day Steef,

Yes, Agree - this Археоs 's reconstruction of the spanish galleon and his build is the most accurate and interesting I ever saw!

I watch Your build log as well - Perfect!!!

I liked it very much- in general and in details ,how You did it!

Very nice and interesting model You made !!!

Thanks Kirill,

Your build I saw before, actually it was the inspiration to go so far in my build in details. Great build you did well

A year has passed. Had been ill with COVID-19, went to work.
Now I can tackle the galleon model again.
As a result of the assembly of the first hull, I modified and strengthened the structure, and did something anew.
Now I am assembling the second building in which all these changes have been taken into account.
Precision build priorities, so a lot of minor tweaks.
I will use the first hull to choose the color of the galleon.
The final stage will be the assembly of the third, test hull.
Photo at the stage of correction of the primary skin.

Amazing that you have so closely duplicated the look of this ship

Detail of the painting Expedition to the Third Islands 1583. Royal Monastery of El Escorial.

Work of Granello, Tavarón, Castello and Cambiasso.

without (apparently) having seen the picture. You've really captured this look which I've never seen in any other model.
