When viewing unread content, I usually use the “Condensed View”. For some reason, this does not seem to be working today - only “Expanded View” comes up. Selecting “Condensed View” from the “button” appears to do nothing - the same screen as “Expanded View” is displayed. This only seems to have occurred in the last 24 hours or so. I’m viewing from an iPad - don’t know if the issue is replicated on a PC.

The topic:  So Where Do You Do Yours Then (Model Making That Is) seems to be missing.  It used to be found in the modeling tools and workshop equipment section.  I just viewed it earlier today but can't relocate it now.  Justin P. just got an error message when looking for it after I recommended that he go there in answer to his question and he wrote:  "I even tried the title of the thread and it still didn't come up, I got an "ACCESS DENIED - Securi Website Firewall"."

I got the same "Access Denied" message when I searched on the whole title, but when I just searched on part of the title ("model making") and limited the search to Titles Only, the topic came up. Must be some quirk in the system (he said, trying to sound technical 😀).

If you ever get a Sucuri firewall problem, let me know and I'll specifically whitelist your IP.

I got that yesterday when a link auto populated into that little square with a picture/etc. I changed how everything linked and it went away.

It seems that I was looking for it in the Modeling Tools And Workshop Equipment section but the topic was actually in the General Nautical section instead.  My bad.

About the NRG

If you enjoy building ship models that are historically accurate as well as beautiful, then The Nautical Research Guild (NRG) is just right for you.

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build. The Journal is available in both print and digital editions. Go to the NRG web site (www.thenrg.org) to download a complimentary digital copy of the Journal. The NRG also publishes plan sets, books and compilations of back issues of the Journal and the former Ships in Scale and Model Ship Builder magazines.
