Photo Orientation

For the last few posts, my photos have been sideways. Uploaded elsewhere without problems. Tried rotation before uploading without benefit. I was one of those whose picture were sometimes "refused" but this has not happened recently.

This has happened to me a couple of times using Android phone.

Don't know why this happens, I think it may have to do with resolution setting in the camera when uploading directly.

Most of the times I download the pictures to my computer to do some editing, and then the picture is correctly shown on my screen.

Hi,

I was having the same issue too.

It was solved when I downloaded Rob Durant's free picture sizer software. Very helpful video not only explains why the rotation problem occurs, but goes on to clearly explain how to download and then use the program. You can find the link in 'The Captain's Cabin' in the 'How to use the MSW forum'. A very quick and easy fix.

Good luck!

Graham.
