von stetina Posted September 1, 2013 Share #3 Posted September 1, 2013 I'm build the clipper Lightning. The only place you should have problems is around the stern, is that where your problem is? I used Holly and it bent around those compound bends easily. Even the moldings. If you do have trouble with the moldings make vertical cuts behind it close together. I didn't even wet the Holly.
