"Minifactory" for cutting and calibration of the laths

Recommended Posts

For cutting of laths of a secondary covering in width 3-5 mm and thickness of 0,5-0,6 mm (wood - a pear, padauk, ebone) I have made "minifactory" for cutting and calibration of the laths, consisting of a circular saw (on the basis of FBS 12E) with the device for exact installation of width of a cut off lath, and also a surface gauge (on the basis of MICROMOT 50E) for calibration of laths on width (including in a package till 10-12 pieces).

Hi, Gregory, thanks for the comment! I use the disk saw Proxxon with a diameter of 50 mm, but it is possible to use and other disks suitable by the sizes.

Best regards,

That's putting the mind to work. I like the saw guide and the thickness sander. It has given be even more ideas on how to improve my tools. Thanks
