Now it is going to cost me a lot of money to have my wife buy a piece of furniture that I can put this large model on :) !!

Thanks for visiting,

Frank,

YES - a wonderful job indeed. Looks perfect in that case.

PS: So on to a stage coach for you. Excellent - different segway for a nice change - but hoping to see a new ship being built in your, now empty, shipyard sometime soon (:-)

Hello,

One last post on the final journey of my Vasa model!

At the last USS Constitution Guild meeting (of which I am a member) I was surprised and humbled to learn that I won some awards for my Vasa model:

First I received a "Silver" award in the master's category (voted on by 3 judges at this season's model show)

More humbling was the "Members' Choice Award" . This award is given to the model receiving the most votes from the members of the USS Constitution Modeler's GuildVasa752.thumb.jpg.a4cb968de5b09e681aad0526a1e8960b.jpg

The third award was given to the model voted most popular by the general public visiting the museum and show!

Many thanks and now onto my next project soon!

Thanks,

Frank
