Keith_W Posted February 28, 2014 Share #2 Posted February 28, 2014 I don't know about this particular boat, but Billings is one of the oldest kit makers in the business. On the plus side, most of their kits are really accurate and faithful to the original. On the minus side, the kit materials are rather cheap - the wood is ply, and the fittings are plastic. Most other kit manufacturers include much better wood and fittings.
