Then I did more Fairing on the Hull. So I started the day by cutting in the Sheer , then spent about 5 hours completing the fairing of the hull . Now it looks more like Capn' Nate's 12 1/2 . I then cut the deck out and installed it, After that I faired the deck in with the Hull. Next I cut the frames to match the deck line,( as they would have been to fragile to cut in the begining ) I then started to make templates for the cockpit seats, floor, and rear seat. pete48 Posted June 24, 2014 Author Share #60 Posted June 24, 2014 Today, I started by staining the Transom Cherry Red, Then apllied 2 quik thin coats of varnish ( we were in the 90's today so thing dried quik) ) after about 2 hours I was able to mask her off and spray 3 coats of flat white Krylon, as a barrier coat ,( sanding with 220 inbetween coats ) Hey I just realized that I made it to Captain ( That's pretty Cool ) then its only fitting that I worked on Capn' Nates 12 1/2 .
