Hi Mirabel61 Glad you liked the Nave Egizia its been fun to build and I am flattered by all the likes and kind words about my build.  As I have told HOHOFAN its a kit from AMATI and can be purchased on the AGE OF SAIL sight I think.  Its a ship that comes from a tomb painting from about 2600 B.C. In Egypt I believe. HAPPY MODELING!!

Hi HOJOFAN The name of the ship is the NAVE EGIZIA and it is a kit from AMATI and if you look on the AGE OF SAIL website you can see it there and purchase the kit.  Thanks for the great words on my ship build.  This is the first ship I have completed and I have one other ship I have been working on the HMS Endeavor it will be in the gallery when its done and I am satisfied with it .........IF that ever happens !!!

Thanks Griffon I had a lot of fun making this model and the building techniques are really a challenge with all the sewing of the planks !! This is the first wooden ship model that I have completed at this point but I have been working on an Endeavor model for some time and it's maybe 80% completed.  I will get that done soon also and will post pics of that also.  Happy Modelling !!!!

Thanks for the kind words The kit is offered by a company called AMATI.  It was really fun to build and the lacing through the hull was pretty fun !!!
