Built initially from the Billings Boats model which I used as the basis for my model. I say as the basis for it, as the more I started building Victory the more I wanted to add detail, such as the gun crews, which I know had many more sailors working the real gun decks, but I've kept things a little bit more minimalistic, I've also made internal cabins etc., and added lights throughout which unfortunately you can't see in these photographs. The whole build took me four years, which is something I've never focused on for that long before.
