  1. Good Morning All, I am new to Wooden Ship modeling, however I have been building models for over 40 years. I have three projects underway, an abused pond boat that I am practicing rigging with, a partial Matua kit of the Golden Star (it came with all the lazer cut pieces, and instructions, nothing else) I'm learning decking and planking with this one. My golden hope of completion lies with an Authentic Models Holland U.S. Schooner Yacht 1806. I have all the parts, but no instructions. If anyone out there has built this simple model, I wonder if they might have the plans, or if they would be willing to post some pictures. I am going by the picture on the front of the box..... not very informative. I have completed the hull, but am loath to start spars until I have some idea of proportion. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am a sailor, so I understand the principles. I have done work on some of Maine's coastal schooners, the scaling down is proving to be harder than I had thought. Thank you in advance. Respectfully, Stephen Lost sailor in Mid-coast Maine
