Hi all,

 

I should have asked this when I posted my earlier question but, I'm building the Artesania Latina USF Constellation. I've visited the ship in Baltimore and I'm aware of the whole history/lineage debate about the ship but as I recall, the gun carriages on the ship in Baltimore were painted black. Does anyone have any information about how the guns would have looked on the Original Constellation? In particular, what color were the guns and the gunports and the lids?
