looking for 1:76 Constitution brass canopy 3/d file

Hey Everybody, I'm looking for some 3d printer files for the brass canopy stantions on model shipways USS Constitution.  I could have sworn I stumbled across a thread on someone's build blog but I failed to write it the information down and now I cant find it.  I'm stumped as to how to produce them without a milling machine but would still like to have them represented on my build.  Thanks
