Hello everyone - new here and to shipbuilding.

 

Just bought a classic Billings kit - Norske Love with completed sails. I have photocopies of plans - but the plans show Part 1 slanted - as do various builds here. However, my plans show part 1 straight up. (see picture). Any help is appreciated.
