1934 J-Class Endeavour

This was my first build, the 1934 J-Class America's Cup racing yacht Endeavour. Time spent was about 80 hours (hence result - haha). Biggest problem was to plank the front part of the keel which is not sharp but rather blunt.

I also used a normal wood filler (instead of a clear one) with the result that I managed to highlight all glitches in the planking. And last but not least, the deck is incorrectly planked. One should not start from the middle as I did but from the edges.

One more note, after having mounted the sails I decided to take them off again, they didn't look good at all.
