    Glenn Not used it myself but came across this site recently looking for a chopper by northwest shortline. http://www.ngtrains.com/Pages/Glues/gluestools.html They have a product called "Weathered Wood Stain". I heard lots of "good" things about weather it and purchased one via eBay but was not impressed. Not sure if mine was off but it seemed to be full of some sort of horrible sludge. If you really want weather it it's available on eBay using the following item code in the eBay search screen: 380557738786. Should add this was my source for the product and having had not experience of it previously not really sure if I had a duff bottle. Hope this helps. Kind regards Tony

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955. The pages of the Journal are full of articles by accomplished ship modelers who show you how they create those exquisite details on their models, and by maritime historians who show you the correct details to build.
