I abhor the Chinese Identity Theft practices. I own a tech company and hold three US and two EUROPEAN patents. When we were developing the solution (it was a texting and driving solution initially) we were able to buy a piece of hardware from China for $15 per unit...their Intellectual Property theft was such that I made the decision to purchase it from a UK Company at $60/unit. The extra cost was well worth the respect and assurance that the UK company would be 1000 times less likely to attempt to steal our technology. Eventually, we were able to contract with a US company that now manufactures them at $17/unit. Who says America doeant "make" anuthing anymore? ! :-)
So I am ALL ABOUT boycotting Chinese goods that are attempting to capitalize on other people's hard work! Thanks for the list. If this Pride of Baltimore II kit doesnt kill me, I will double check against this list for any and all future purchases!
