      Actual charge should be:  $25.00 + 3.33 shipping postage = $28.33

       

      I should reimburse you $35.00 -28.33 = $6.67

      I apologize for not reading that you are only interested in the plans.  I would sell you only the plans for $25.00 plus shipping cost which should be around $5.00 plus PayPal fee of $2.50.

      yes, that's what I have been presently doing via USPS.  I estimate shipping cost around $40.00 give or take.  So total cost will be price of ship +shipping +1% PayPal fee.   Let me know, if still interested.
