Bluenose Transom Framing

I'm building the Model Shipways Bluenose kit 2130 and am confused with the transom framing detail. Detail 2-F on sheet 2 is confusing to me. Anyone know where I might get a picture of the completed transom?

If you go to YouTube and search Gary Brinker Bluenose you will find he did a 40 video series on this build. Somewhere in the hull build section you can find how he handled it.
