As they had a 30-40% sale I ordered three ship kits almost a month ago and I don't see my order started to be delivered at all. I contacted them by email. Getting vague assurances "dispatch tomorrow" or "send it next week". Did I order from a sketchy company? Or is it because the sale? What are the experiences with the UK site?

It seems to happen more often there that they have models "in stock," but later it turns out they still have to be ordered from the manufacturer. Perhaps that's what's happening to you too? It is a bit annoying as Jotika redirects directly to them. Also found reviews that they get delivered kits within a few days. Ronald-V 1
