RC Scale 1/200 50000 DWT crude oil tanker

Dear model builders

Here is my latest addition to my 1/200 RC scale models.

I started the model in June. It started with the hull made out of styrodur. Than some epoxy layers.....sanding...swearing...swetting. i guess you know what I mean!? There was, except for the electrical components, nothing purchased. I did mould parts or built them, and moulded them. Again I was able to get the styrodur hull out in one peace.

The tanker has a bow thruster, light and a Horn. She drives beautyful in the water. Very easy to stear.
