    This model bases on the Corel Kit 1:75.
    I build this model from 1990-1994. At this time there was no Internet available and it was rather difficult for me to obtain good informations about the real ship. Therefore the model contains a few historical failures. During building of the model, a friend of mine had the possibility to visit the Wasa in Stockholm and he brought me back a few informations of the ship. It was too late to rebuilld everything but as far as possible, I changed and added parts of the model.

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955.
