talking about foresail tack outrigger ...
it strange that You didn't find historical evidences for that... there are plenty...but ok ? I could understand if You didn't find proper picture ... in general, theoretically and just for discussion ///:) the matter is that without tack fore sail can't work effectively ...

Oops, it looks like that blocks on the bowsprit fitted right for the main sail bowlines which is correct...but I don' t see foresail tack?

I liked how You succesfully managed all those complicated crawfeet rigging lines , with even , balanced tensions to the stays... which sometimes very difficult to make properly! Respect!
However there is some remark , if I may , of fore and main tack ropes thickness - they need to be reasonable bigger ( visual) in diameter compare to the other rigging lines, and there is no outriger under bowsprit fitted as I could see...for thebfore sail tack...
it leads to the block on the bowsprit, but normally this location reserved for the fore and ,sometimes , in early period ,for the main bowlines, but fore sail tack should leads to the much lower position, below bowsprit... for making fore sail better catches the wind, depends on wind direction...
But this are very minor remarks and in whole model made great impression on me - excellent job !!!
All the Best!

this is about foresail tack which is mandatory to be shown ... with outrigger or without it , it is secondary importance question... but due to specific construction of early galleons , I could suggest there should be outrigger fitted
