Hello,
Thanks for the positive feedback.
For the preparation of supports for the thwarts, I made a template out of a small brass tube.
This solution I've seen here in the forum at Remco's building report.
This works very well.
Thanks to Remco!
A further thwart is installed.

The demolding was successful without that something was glued.

Hello,
thanks for the nice notes. It is a pleasure again.
In the following I will show the next steps to build a pinnace.
First, the gunwales are attached to the framework. Next, the keel planks are fastened.
The last picture shows a size comparison between chaloupe and pinnace.

Hello,
thanks for the nice comments and likes.
After the completion of chaloupe, I prepare the next boat project - Grand Canot -.
Therefore, I compare the documents available to me.
-J. Boudriot
-Atlas Du Génie maritime
-Photos From Paris Original Model
The thwart with mast holder in the bow area is further forward.
Therefore there are 7 instead of 6 thwarts.
I think that the basis for the construction of the "Grand Canot" are acceptable.

Hello,
so it goes on with the construction report.
To stow the sloop on the deck, I have to build the poultry houses. These lie between the gratings.
For construction of the poultry houses, I show you the following pictures.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Thank you, that comments are nice and motivating
For the French corvette I had the gratings already made.
But because the holes were too big, I decided to make them new.
Here is a comparison between the old and the new.

Hello there,
thanks for the nice comments. That makes me happy.
Original the tholes were made of wrought iron. For the model
I made this in brass.
The last picture shows the sloop in its future position.

Hello,
Carl and Greg,
Here are the next attempts .... :D
The nailing I made with holes diameter 0.5 mm. The filling is made of furniture wax.
Before I put the parts in the sloop I have it coated with "Ballenmattierung".

Hi Mik,
thank´s for your nice comment.
Here are a few new images to build the sloop (chaloupe).
The anchor davit (to laying out anchor LINK ) on the stern of the boat is constructed somewhat complex.
For this detail the documents from J. Boudriot were not sufficient.
Therefore, I oriented myself on Atrlas du Genie Maritime.

NMBROOK reacted to archjofo in La Créole 1827 by archjofo - Scale 1/48 - French corvette
Here is the continuation of my report is to build the chaloupe:
The rudder for the sloop I made of two parts, as in the original.
The fittings I make of brass.
The rudder was designed to insert and remove, for example, when the boat
was stowed on the ship.
Please look to the images.
I hope that they like.

Hello,
first of all I would like to thank you all for your encouragement.
Currently I'm still working on the interior finishing of the chaloupe.
Before I make the parts in wood, I make stencils out of cardboard.
