  1. For a seventeenth-century European ship, the hull edges were often between 20 and 30 cm wide. The deck planks were thinner, usually around 15 to 20 cm depending on the type of ship.
  2. From what I've seen, Neverland Hobby seems to be a legitimate brand with well-designed kits and PE details. I have not found any clear evidence that they are on a list of pirate manufacturers. For me, this is a serious manufacturer that deserves to be given a chance.
