HMS VICTORY directions (Corel)

The Corel version.

I've finished planking the hull and have moved on in the (laughable) directions to "the deck." The first instruction is "prepare in the futtocks carrying the bulwarks a cutting at the level of the deck, remove them with the exception of those of the frame no. 8"

Can anybody give me a clue as to what the H that means?

Thanks John. The thing is, the frames from #8 running sternward support the planking from amidships back to the poopdeck and frames 1 thru 7 don't stick up above deck level anyway. Hence my confusion. Am I missing something I should be seeing?

I am looking at "L" on the plans and the "futtocks" 9 and 10 that are visible there are dashed lines. Think those two are the ones they mean for me to remove? The bulwark planking would still be supported by #8
