HMS Victory 1805, by Corel, 1:98

Completed my first cross section and multi-masted ship in April 2023. Took me about 13 months building only during weekends and off days. Very proud of this "first" and can't believe I built this1 Enjoy. Historical accuracy is minimal based on limited research during build. No build log posted.

Congratulations on your cross-section completion, you did an amazing job. Definitely one of the best Corel HMS Victory cross-section models I've ever seen.

@catopower wow. Thank you so much for your kindness. 😊Your words mean a lot. I am proud of this build and all the struggles along the way. I tried for some accuracy with colors. The gun ports were my weakness and biggest challenge but it looks great in the end.

The Guild is a non-profit educational organization whose mission is to “Advance Ship Modeling Through Research”. We provide support to our members in their efforts to raise the quality of their model ships.

The Nautical Research Guild has published our world-renowned quarterly magazine, The Nautical Research Journal, since 1955.
